Mackinze is trained as a Freedom from Chronic Pain Practitioner. She has also explored the mind-body connection in her own life and her experiences with chronic pain. Understanding the role of the brain in chronic pain conditions is a fundamental concept in healing. 


Chronic Pain coaching utilizes psychological based techniques backed by current findings in neuroscience. These techniques provide clients with a new understanding of the concept that pain is generated in the brain rather than the structural body. By knowing how the brain signals pain in the body, whether there is injury/tissue damage or not, we are able to redirect the neural circuits that indicate these pain signals.

Mackinze guides you through a process of educating you on the science of pain and identifying the roots of your unique pain. She then takes you through individualized experiences of retraining your responses to physical and emotional pain triggers. These techniques allow you to form new habits which lead to you feeling better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Mackinze holds a safe and loving space with compassion and understanding to support you through your growth and evolution. 

Chronic Pain Coaching may be purchased as single sessions or as a package of 6 sessions.

Duration of coaching sessions vary depending on the individual, please plan for at least one hour for each session.

Coaching sessions may be offered in conjunction with massage or reflexology treatments. When scheduling, there is an option to add on to your chosen treatment.
