I’m Mackinze Kennedy, a licensed massage therapist and chronic pain coach located inside of Abel Chiropractic.
My mission is to ensure that you receive all of the physical, emotional and spiritual support needed to help you fully experience the joy that life has to offer.
I believe that healing is a journey and not an outcome. Each one of us becomes busy in our everyday lives and needs a check-in point for physical, emotional and spiritual care. I am here to be that loving support for you.
I obtained my Massage Therapy License in 2010 from Carlson College of Massage Therapy. As I continued my career in Colorado & Iowa, I completed additional education for Medical Massage, Reflexology, Dr. Howard Schubiner’s Freedom From Chronic Pain Program, and Reiki Energy Healing.
Mental & emotional stress is a huge component behind the physical tension we hold in our bodies. While in session, you have the ability to rewire your mind and body’s response to stress in a safe & relaxing environment.
Each human soul needs to be nurtured on their healing journey. During each session, Reiki Energy Healing can be used to help provide spiritual insight to your goals.
